Åtorps Restaurang & Catering AB (reg. no. 000000-0000), Östra Åtorpsvägen 11, 455 31 Munkedal, Sweden, is the data controller for the processing of personal data on this website. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swedish Electronic Communications Act (LEK).

1. What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us through a form we collect the information you provide: name, organisation, email, phone number and the content of your enquiry. We also keep limited technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting.

2. Purpose and legal basis

We process the data to answer enquiries, prepare quotes and deliver ordered catering (contract and legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Technical logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

3. Cookies

A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser. We use cookies as follows:

  • Strictly necessary cookies

    Required for the site to function, e.g. to remember your language choice and your consent preference. These do not require consent under LEK.

  • Functional cookies

    Only used if you sign in to a future customer portal (authentication session). Activated only on actual login.

  • Analytics and marketing cookies

    We currently use no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies and no third-party advertising services.

4. Recipients and third parties

We do not share personal data with third parties beyond the data processors that operate our website, email and quote form. No data is transferred outside the EU/EEA without appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention

Quote enquiries are stored as long as necessary to handle the matter and thereafter for up to 24 months for follow-up. Accounting records are kept for 7 years as required by Swedish bookkeeping law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and to object to processing. Complaints can be filed with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

7. Withdraw consent

You can withdraw or change your cookie consent at any time by clearing the browser storage for this site. The banner will then reappear on your next visit.
